Jasmin - Insurance/Billing and Treatment CoordinatorJasmin has been a valuable team member with Apalachee Bay Family Dental as a dental assistant since 2011. She earned her dental assisting certificate from Tallahassee Community College. She recently made the move from dental assisting to the front desk and now serves as our Insurance/Billing and Treatment Coordinator. Her many years of experience in clinical practice makes her an excellent fit to answer all of your dental treatment and insurance questions.
Crystal - Patient Care/Scheduling CoordinatorCrystal received her dental assisting certificate from Concord Career College in Memphis, TN in 2001 and has been in the dental field since. She has many years of experience working both in the front office and on the clinical side of dentistry and is happy to answer your dental questions and assist with your patient scheduling needs. Crystal is always bubbly, has an infectious laugh and a big heart for helping others, which makes her a great addition to Apalachee Bay Family Dental since she joined in September 2020.
Amy - Registered Dental HygienistAmy graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and Exercise Physiology in 2006 from Florida State University. In 2009, she received her Dental Hygiene Certification from Tallahassee Community College and later received her certification to administer local anesthesia. Amy is our longest-serving team member of Apalachee Bay Family Dental, since 2009, and is well-loved by her patients and known for providing excellent patient care.
Pam - Registered Dental HygienistPam graduated from Tallahassee Community College Dental Hygiene School in 2003 and came to the Apalachee Bay Family Dental team in June 2020 with many years of dental experience. Pam is always professional, friendly and welcoming and provides great patient care, making her an excellent addition to our team.
Kym - Certified Dental AssistantKym graduated from Tallahassee Community College with her Dental Assisting Certificate in 2016 and has been serving our patients' dental needs ever since. Kym’s infectious positivity and enthusiasm is a great addition to our office. Her prior experience as a hairdresser has given her many skills that are well-suited to customer care and serving others. She enjoys meeting new people, putting them at ease and helping them overcome their fear of dental office visits.
Jessica - Certified Dental AssistantJessica got her Dental Assisting Certificate in 2005 from University of Florida. She has been a great addition since joining our team in November 2021. Jessica has extensive experience with dental assisting in large, busy dental offices. Jessica has a big heart for everyone and enjoys helping others. She puts patients at ease in the dental chair with her friendly and outgoing personality.
